LCG Human Ressources offers staff placement services in business analysis and project management. We offer pre-employment qualification and support services for job description. Our mandated staff, in your organization, benefits from mentoring by our mentors to ensure the quality of their service.
LCG Performance offers a skills assessment service. Our distinctive approach is based on the use of our Upskills® tool and a simplified approach integrating skills assessment and psychometric assessment. We support you for baseline assessments for pre-hiring or for more in-depth assessments for development plans.
Co-president LCG solution
Co-President of LCG Solution, Mr. Louis-Charles Gauthier is a recognized expert in business analysis. It works with organizations to develop strategic plans and deploy best practices in business analysis and program management. He was notably project manager in a major redesign of programs of the Quebec Ministry of Immigration. Mr. Gauthier holds a master's degree in French literatures and has been a business analysis trainer since 2007. With over 20 years of experience in computer science, he is known for his expertise in business analysis and strategic consulting. He founded LCG Solution in 2007 and was a founding member of the Montreal chapter of the IIBA in 2005 and then vice-president and president from 2010 to 2012. He is a sought-after lecturer who has done several conferences with companies and organizations such as the PMI, the IIBA, and to several symposia in Montreal, Quebec, Geneva and Paris (BASF).

Co-President of LCG Solution Jean Lapierre is a recognized expert in strategic management. He is called upon to intervene in critical situations, in recovery of projects. He successfully completed the 2005 FINA World Championship in Montreal. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), specializing in corporate organization and structure, as well as certification in Strategic Planning and Leadership Skills. the Advanced Business Institute of New York. Recognized as an excellent coach, integrator and trusted strategic advisor to senior management, Mr. Lapierre has over 30 years of senior management experience in large corporations and emerging companies. He has supported managers in their infrastructure projects and corporate restructuring to help them achieve their value creation goal. He is a sought after lecturer who has done several conferences with companies and organizations such as PMI, IIBA, BAFS (Paris and Geneva).
President LCG Technologie
Mr. Vaillancourt is President of LCG Technologie. He holds a Bachelor's degree in mathematical computer science from Université Laval. After a few years as a consultant, Mr. Vaillancourt has worked for the Quebec government since 1987 as a developer, functional analyst, webmaster and system architect. Mr. Vaillancourt brings to LCG Solution his expertise in Object-Oriented, web, data modeling and systems, programming, security, GED, architecture and development methodology. In 2003, he co-founded Agrafe Studio, a website creation company. He also participated in the foundation of Kanga Media in 2008.
Muriel Sans d'Agut

With more than 20 years as a manager and a consultant, Ms Muriel Sans d’Agut gained expertise in various fields of human resources, in addition to her experience in coaching managers. She holds a Specialized Graduate Diploma (D.E.S.S) in management, as well as a certificate in organizational development (OD). She is also a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR). Remaining at the forefront of best practices in OD to supporting and strengthening a company’s ability to endure and embrace change, Ms Sans d’Agut is known to make a concrete difference in individual, team and organizational effectiveness.

Mr. Patrick Rabetafika is a business analyst. Professional since 18 years, first in the world of distribution, then in IT, he worked in the last 10 years as a solutions consultant, functional analyst and system analyst in large and medium organizations in France and in Canada. His insatiable curiosity, rigor of analysis and his sense of communication are the pillars that allow him to add value to projects. Mr. Rabetafika supports our clients in business analysis while developing training materials and analysis tools.
